Salon Policies

• A credit card on file is required to reserve an appointment. Guests may book without a card by leaving a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• Please come alone to your appointment unless accompanying a minor receiving a service.
• We do not issue refunds. If you’re unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days so we can make any necessary adjustments.
• We cannot perform a redo if another stylist or individual has altered the hair after your appointment.
• A change of style or color direction is considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
• If your requested adjustment requires more time or product than originally agreed upon, the price difference will apply.
• Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service adjusted or rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
• Cancellations made the day before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
• Guests who cancel or reschedule three or more times within a calendar year will be required to leave a 50% non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
