At Reverie Hair Co. we utilize Salon Scale. Salon Scale is a smart technology color scale that allows us to transparently and fairly charge for exactly the amount of color that was used on your unique service! To ensure that we can deliver the highest quality of service our pricing is structured to only adding the exact cost of color used. Your ticket will include the cost of today’s service by your stylist, and the exact amount of color used on your hair during your service.
*CANCELLATION POLICY:
To avoid any fees and to give your stylist the best opportunity to refill the time slot reserved for you, we ask for a 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. You may speak to a team member, leave a voicemail, or send an email to info@reveriehairco.com to let us know.
Day-before and day of cancellations or rescheduling will be charged 50% of the total cost of booked services. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of booked services.
